Exceptional Customer Service/Eyewear Specialist

Spec gives back to the community while winning new fans every day. We are looking for a full time employee to become an optician at Specs Eyewear as an Eyewear Specialist for our Hutchinson location. Candidates will need to have an outgoing and energetic personality that allow them to connect with customers with strong customer service/follow through skills. A neat, clean professional appearance is a must. Experience is not necessary; we will train the right person. Candidates will be required to be organized, pay attention to detail, and handle all situations that may occur. We are looking for someone that is eager and excited to learn all the information this position requires and willing to put the best effort forward to retain the information quickly. Candidates must be willing to go above and beyond for our customers and able to resolve issues calmly and quickly. This position requires nights and weekends. Dependable transportation and being punctual is a must. There is a lot of opportunity and possibilities for the right candidate. We are looking for someone with initiative and drive. Ready to take on the world in style with eyewear! Training will be done in Wichita so traveling to Wichita will be a must. The primary duties would revolve around helping customer(s) find the perfect pair(s) of sunglasses, prescription sunglasses, or regular prescription glasses and the fitting of those glasses. Additional duties would include cleaning and other housekeeping responsibilities. Our offices are paperless so computer skills are also must. Pay starts $11-$12 an hour.
