Qualifications:

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills. • Great confidence and excellent business sense. • Understanding of all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). • Keep well informed and up-to-date on marketing/social media trends and best practices. • Excellent grammar and writing skills. • Ability to think fast and produce under short timeframes. • Dedicated to perform in non-traditional working hours. • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. • Skilled at multi-tasking and managing priorities. • Strong time management skills, ability to adapt and be flexible.

Responsibilities:

o General Management of the bank’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) o Develop, edit, and post content for 4-5 posts per week/per platform (total of 16-20 posts per week). o Respond to Direct Messages from customers on behalf of the bank. o Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing their posts. o Use CSI Watchdog software to track and document all social media content and engagement.  Keep separate complaint documentation.  Submit reports to compliance as needed. o Generate monthly reports for tracking and recaps for VP of Marketing and COO. o Keep photo release documentation for all employees. o Research and develop new ideas to keep our social media presence fresh. o With the guidance of CEO and COO, oversee shareholder outreach and communication. o Assist in creating content for proposal templates and RFPs. o Cross train to serve as a back-up to other team members. o Help coordinate events and aide in event planning for the communities we serve.

Summary: Key member of the bank’s marketing team with influence over the elevation of First National Bank’s image and brand. The position will provide strategic direction for the bank’s digital footprint and will direct our tactical efforts to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Additionally, this person will work with the board to coordinate shareholder communication and related activities.
