Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Minimum 1-year previous experience desired. Possess a valid Kansas driver’s license preferred. Responsibilities:
Job Objectives: Assist in maintaining Reno County owned buildings by keeping them neat and clean, and by being observant, recording items needing repair by the maintenance technicians. Essential Job Functions: Dust chairs, tables, shelves and other furniture and equipment. Wash windows, walls, woodwork, blinds, etc. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies – paper, soap and so on. Vacuum, sweep, mop, buff and shampoo floors as directed. Place hazard signs to warn public of possible slick floors. Report items needing repair such as light bulbs, doors, etc.
