Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Successful completion of IAAO 101, USPAP (15 hr.), PVD Property Tax Law, PVD Orion Introduction, and PVD Residential/Agricultural Data Collection within 2 years in position. 3. Minimum 3 years of experience as Field Appraiser I Residential/Agricultural. 4. Employee is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all certification requirements relative to the position. Job Purpose and Objectives: Assist in collection of data, inspections, and valuation of real estate property in Reno County for ad valorem tax purposes.
