•3 years plus of banking and customer service experience. •Associates degree in technical related studies, business administration, finance or comparable experience preferred. •Experience in operating and maintaining moderately complex software packages. •Strong analytical and problem solving skills. •Ability to work alone or in a team environment, with an appreciation of organization and structure.
The position assists with the direction and administration of all aspects of the eBranch in an analytical, organized and planning environment. This includes implementation, testing and training on new electronic product offerings, maintaining existing software and upgrades to current electronic offerings.
