Community Enrichment Center Daytime - Hutchinson

Responsibilities: Successful applicants should have a significant background of knowledge, as well as the creativity, desire and ability to engage those we serve in areas such as photography, music, technology, social media, and art to name a few. This is a Full Time position Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Implement Person Centered Support Plan for assigned persons served. Assist with daily living skills including but not limited to meal preparation, general hygiene, toileting, and general housekeeping and work and leisure activities. Administer medication and treatment. Complete logs as required. Complete behavior tracking documentation as required. If approved as a driver of agency vehicle, employee may transport persons served. Maintain complete and accurate records for persons served as assigned. Report to the appropriate Program Coordinator, Program Manager, Case Manager or Client Wellness Liaison any occurrences that affect the immediate well being of persons served. Work with appropriate personnel to facilitate community based activities. Engage clients in such areas as photography, music, technology, social media, and/or art with your proven knowledge in these areas. Other duties as assigned.
