Debra Teufel

Debra Teufel is the President & CEO of the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce. Teufel began her role with the Hutch Chamber in 2017 where she oversees the Chamber, Greater Hutch, Downtown Hutch, Growth Inc. and Visit Hutch. She has extensive experience in economic development and prior to assuming this role, she served as the Director of Public/Private Partnerships with the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. She served as Vice President of the Greater Wichita Economic Development at the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce from 2008-2015, and has worked in economic development since 1999 across the south-central Kansas region. Teufel currently serves on the board of The YMCA, StartUp Hutch, KEDA,  CCEKS, and Heartland Economic Development Course. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Southwestern College in Winfield, KS, holds her Certification in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council since 2008,and is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. In her spare time Teufel enjoys time with her four adult children and adventures with her two grandsons.


Lauren Storm

Lauren Storm is a native Kansan raised in Wichita, educated in Lawrence, and rooted in Hutchinson, KS. After graduating from the University of Kansas with an English Degree with University Honors, Lauren spent 13 years working in the food and beverage industry, with multi-faceted experiences in a rural Kansas winery, retail, distributor, and restaurant settings. She found inspiration working for and with local entrepreneurs and businesses of various sizes. After the closure of Jillian’s Italian Grill, the family-fine dining restaurant where she served as Executive Sommelier, Bar Manager and Events Coordinator that landed her in Hutchinson, Lauren took an opportunity to work for Greater Hutch, the economic development partnership for Reno County arm of the Hutchinson/ Reno County Chamber of Commerce. In the past 2.5 years as the Business Retention & Expansion/ Workforce Program Manager Lauren has scaled Career Quest, a workforce pipeline pilot program county wide, maintained the BR&E program for the county, aided in recruitment efforts, has grown immensely in the work and is invigorated by the potential through partnership for her community. Lauren is deeply invested in continuing education to enrich her efficacy in the work and pursues professional and leadership credentials including those through the Economic Development Institute through the University of Oklahoma. When not engaging in Economic Development, Lauren enjoys music, animals, nature, cycling and time with her friends and family including her busy and brilliant 2 year old son.


Katy Fallon

Katy Fallon is the Economic Development Project Manager of the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce. Fallon began her role with the Hutch Chamber in 2018 and is back after working in the Kansas City area from 2021-2023. She is excited to be back and continue building on her economic development experience in her home community and utilizing what she learned in Kansas City. During her time in Kansas City she served as the Vice President at the De Soto Chamber of Commerce and was part of the team that ushered in Panasonic. She holds a BS in Apparel and Textile Marketing from Kansas State University, along with a Business Administration Minor. In addition, she finished her Associate of Science in Business Administration at Hutchinson Community College. When not being an advocate for Hutchinson and Reno County, you can find her at every home Kansas State Football game and spending time with her family at Table Rock Lake!



Seth Farley

Seth is a Hutchinson native who spent 20 years out of state. After graduating from Columbia College Chicago in 2009 with a degree in Film and Video he spent 15 years working as a 1st Assistant Director in Film and Television. He worked on projects of all shapes and sizes, from microbudget music videos to fully funded Super Bowl Commercials. However, Hutchinson never left Seth’s heart. He arrived back in Hutchinson in 2024. He is incredibly thrilled to be back. When not at work you can find Seth playing golf, pickleball or cycling. Seth is an avid sports fan. He closely follows K-State, The Green Bay Packers and especially The Pittsburgh Penguins. Seth currently serves on the board for Rise Up Reno Prevention Network and on the advisory council for Hutchinson Community College's Media Production Department.
