Kimbell Industrial Park

487 acres of developable rail-served land with excellent highway access on K96, a four-lane highway within 30-minutes of Wichita, KS and I-235 interchange. This site has been annexed by the City of Hutchinson and zoned I-3 Heavy Industrial and will be served by municipal water and sewer to meet the needs of large industry. Greater Hutch is working with Reno County officials and the adjacent cities to deliver utilities to the corridor.
