Reno County Residential Housing Grant

Funds requested from Reno County are used as a grant to quality homebuyers, defined as someone purchasing a newly completed residential designed home with a foundation, either single-family unit or duplex, located within Reno County, Kansas that is a new construction completed after January 1, 2025. The residential unit must be part of a ‘development’ if within the City of Hutchinson consisting of 9 or more units, within other areas of Reno County 4 or more units.
