This model for job creation and employee attraction brings new residents to Reno County for jobs that pay well above the local median wage. Companies apply with Greater Hutch to be preapproved for the program to create a company specific agreement outlining matching relocation funds, number of employees and time frame. Once approved, Greater Hutch manages applications from the company for new hires and matching funds up to $2,500.00 from Reno County’s Economic Development Reserve funds are provided to new hires moving to Reno County per the company’s specific agreement.
