High school graduate; college degree preferred; One to two years related experience; Previous experience with full-service financial institution preferred; Previous sales experience preferred; Valid driver's license; Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Will be subject to the required registration process, which includes fingerprinting and a criminal background screening. Fees are paid for by Heartland Credit Union; Will be become a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) through CUNA's FiCEP program. Certification fees are paid for by Heartland Credit Union.
HCU is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Consumer Lending Solution Specialist with sales and consumer lending experience. As part of the lending team, your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships through proactive outbound calls. You will help members with their full financial picture by opening of new accounts, promoting HCU products and services, assisting members with loan and credit card applications, and engaging in sales calls. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and helping individuals achieve their financial goals, we want to hear from you! LOCATION Our Outbound Calling Specialists can work at either our Support Center, located in Hutchinson at 4000 N. Monroe or in Wichita at 37th & Maize Rd. HOURS Outbound Calling Specialists hours are from 8am - 6pm, Monday-Friday
