• Valid Kansas driver’s license and safe driving record. • Highly self-motivated with positive, can-do attitude. • Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong external and internal customer orientation. • Strong communications skills, both internally and externally. • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. • Ability to safely operate job-related equipment (hand truck, pallet jack, etc.). • Ability to lift/move products weighing up to 165 lbs. and hang merchandising materials. • High school diploma or GED required.
• Install and place permanent and temporary POCM materials. • Build and maintain product displays in retail accounts. • Ensure proper stock rotation in assigned retail accounts and notify appropriate personnel of potential freshness issues. • Complete and submit on a timely basis administrative paperwork. • Provide support for sales promotions and delivery needs. • Ensure all displays, coolers, and warm shelves are stocked and rotated. • Ensure backstock areas are neat, clean, and organized.
